Our pricing depends on the level of support required.
We offer transparent fixed fees:
Home Buying Service — starting from $9,900
Investment Acquisition Service — $6,900
Property Review & Negotiation — $3,900
All fees include GST and are not linked to the property’s purchase price.
The complete scope of services, engagement period, responsibilities and exclusions is confirmed in the Agency Agreement before work begins.

Investment searches generally follow a more defined and repeatable acquisition brief.
The service focuses on identifying a suitable investment property within agreed markets and purchase criteria.
-
Property inspections and video walkthroughs where possible are conducted in person. Where required we will work with selected local providers.
Rowe & Co reviews the inspection findings alongside the available property information and incorporates them into the property assessment.
Any third-party inspection costs are disclosed to the client before they are incurred.

Before moving into property advisory, I spent more than a decade in mortgage and finance, working closely with lenders, accountants, solicitors, conveyancers and agents.
That background means we look at property decisions through a broader lens, including strategy, borrowing position, risk, timing, value and the people involved in the transaction.

The best place to start is with an initial consultation.
We will discuss your goals, current position, timing, budget, preferred locations and the type of support you need. From there, we can recommend the most appropriate next step, whether that is buyer strategy, full buyer advocacy, negotiation support or vendor advocacy.
There is no pressure to proceed. The purpose of the first conversation is to get clear on where you are and what help would be useful.
