Our Property Review & Negotiation service is designed for buyers who have already found a property and want professional advice and representation before making an offer.

We inspect the property, assess its market value, identify potential risks, coordinate due diligence, manage agent communications and negotiate on your behalf through to an accepted outcome.

Fixed fee of $3,900 we offer:

• Complete management of agent communications

• Physical inspection of the selected property, with a video update

• Market analysis and purchasing recommendation

• Property risk checks and coordination with relevant specialists

• Development of a tailored offer and negotiation strategy

• Offer negotiation through to an accepted outcome
